1. Fire Fighting Officers
Qualifications:
A2 with a driving license category C and E and not exceeding 35 years.
He she should be fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Functions as part of the RFFS team for the extinguishment and control of fire and the saving and preservation of life during all types of emergencies at the airport;
- Handles a high level of technical rescue equipment and complex fire;
- Participates as part of an operational rescue and firefighting team for the extinguishment and control of fire and the saving and preservation of life during all types of emergencies at the airport;
- To carry out comprehensive test and inspections of fire vehicles, which includes full automotive testing according to, laid down regulations and the maintenance program;
- To make timely reports on any defects found on fire vehicles and/or rescue firefighting equipment according to laid down procedures;
- To conduct routine radio communication test and inspections with RFFS Watch room, Air Traffic Control and Senior Fire Officer;
- Participates in classes, lectures, practical and associated matters pertaining to job efficiency and technical training;
- Conducts lifesaving fire protection inspections of all KIA buildings and report and record. Includes safety stand-by for building fire evacuation drills;
- Attends and provides essential fire protection for, fueling with passengers on board, fuel spills, high power aircraft engine runs and performs any other activity as detailed by the Senior Fire Officer;
- Provide public education on fire safety;
- To perform assigned other duties and responsibilities given by Manager Fire Fighting & Rescue;
- Drive fire trucks and other emergency vehicles;
- Put out fires using water hoses, fire extinguishers, and pumps;
- Find and rescue victims in burning buildings or in other emergency situations;
- Treat sick or injured people;
- Prepare written reports on emergency incidents;
- Clean and maintain equipment;
- Conduct drills and physical fitness training;
- To perform assigned other duties and responsibilities as required.

2. Electrician
Qualifications:
A1 in electrical engineering with 3 years’ experience in the same field
Responsibilities:
- To carry out electrical installation and maintenance activities;
- To keep all electrical system in good working conditions;
- To perform assigned other duties and responsibilities as required;
- To manage the center during working hours;
- To develop programmes to minimize foreign objects damage (FOD);
- To undertake regular inspections of ground side facilities;
- To assist in negotiating operating agreements;
- To coordinate emergency response and procedures with military, police, health and local authorities;
- To develop operating and financial targets and monitor progress annually;
- To prepare and consolidate operating and capital budgets;
- To improve passenger facilitation to highest international standards with special attention to VIP;
- To provide building facilities to civil, defenses, customs, immigration, Health, police and other agencies as necessary;

3. Revenue Collectors
Qualifications:
At least A2 with 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance
Responsibilities:
- To verify on daily basis, the accuracy of collected parking fees by Road toll revenue collectors;
- To check & verify completeness and accuracy of daily reports from concerned Road toll revenue collectors ;
- Timely posting in SAGE pastel evolution of parking fees;
- To ensure timely availability of change and ensure that all customers are paying using auto pay machines to reduce opportunity for money theft;
- To perform reconciliation of amount banked versus amount collected and investigate reasons for any differences;
- Establish shift timetable and micro-manage road toll staff.;
To prepare daily and monthly reports for parking fees;
- To follow up all system issues as raised by Road toll Revenues Collectors and submit them to supervisor;
- To understand and implement effective internal controls to meet RAC requirements and in compliance with the RAC Finance policies and procedures manual;
To carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

4. Receivables Accountant
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 3 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Regularly run and monitor the aged debtors listing and identify debtors requiring follow up and recovery action. Once identified, ensure timely follow-up, escalation and action.
- Implement requirements of the RAC credit policies / Debt recovery plan and monitor achievement of defined benchmarks.
- Clean up of long outstanding receivables;
- Ensure accuracy of receivables transactions and balances;
- Timely posting in SAGE pastel evolution of all payments from debtors and allocation of payments to appropriate invoices;
- Liaise regularly with banks to ensure all payments and their purpose are known in good time to facilitate timely bank reconciliations;
- Perform regular reconciliation of receivable accounts with clients and prepare debtor statements on a monthly basis;
- Liaise closely with the Immediate supervisor and Director of Finance when necessary to report on progress and to discuss the way forward with respect to difficult debt situations;
- In collaboration with Debt Recovery Accountant in charge of collection and the Finance Consultant in charge of revenues, ensure debts are recovered in good time and that doubtful debtors are identified and reported in good time;
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- Provide daily reporting of receivables;
- Develop a positive working relationship with customers;
- Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment, noting the interests of the organization.;
In collaboration with the Immediate supervisor and Director of Finance, arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers’ financial situations and
- negotiate credit extensions when necessary. Implement repayment schedules and terms as agreed with the customer;
- Assist the Authority in taking legal action against debtors, where deemed appropriate, by ensuring all necessary information is maintained and providing it where required;
- Retain relevant correspondence with customers;
- Understand and implement effective internal controls to meet RAC requirements and in compliance with the RAC Finance policies and procedures manual;
Perform other tasks and duties necessary to support the finance Department as assigned by the immediate supervisor;

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with ACCA or CPA and 3 years working experience
Responsibilities:
To undertake the required studies to determine if RAC polices are being adhered to and are
sufficient to ensure effective performance;
•To prepare recommendations and action plan to address/eliminate identified deficiencies;
•To provide objective and independent review and comment on the development on internal policies and procedures;

6. Communication Specialist
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass communication, Public Relations, Journalism with 5 years’ experience in the same field.
Responsibilities:
Elaborate the annual communication plan and its corresponding budget;
•Ensure the approval of the institution communication plan;
•Ensure the implementation of the approved Company’s communication plan;
•Maintain relationships with various public and private media to keep the public informed on the Company’s activities;
•Collect information from public vis a -vis the Company’s internal services on needs of institution’s performance;
•Organize surveys on public opinion about services offered by the Company;
•communicate to the management the results from the surveys conducted and advise on the ways forwards;
•Coordinate the preparation activities of the seminars or press conferences;

7. Procurement Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Law, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Public Administration with a professional certificate in CIPS or equivalent
At least 3 years working experience.
Responsibilities:
Receives, reviews and processes purchase requisitions; verifies compliance with pertinent laws, regulations and codes and RAC policies and standards and reviews information to ensure it is complete, accurate and order parameters are clear and understood; contacts department representatives to clarify or obtain additional information; organizes requisitions for efficient action and response.
•Following established procedures, performs purchasing, renting, leasing or otherwise acquiring a variety of materials, supplies and equipment, services, progressing to consulting, public works construction and maintenance.
•Develops a variety of technical specifications and requirements, price/cost analyses and assessing terms, including discounts, delivery conditions and the quality and suitability of supplies, materials and equipment.
•Negotiates price and other terms; determines or recommends the award of solicitations to appropriate vendors; issues, reviews and distributes purchase orders for payment.
•Represents Division in interactions with customers, management and other RAC personnel in procurement and distribution matters; confers with RAC personnel, including project managers, department managers and committees regarding needs; provides detailed technical guidance on purchasing, products and suppliers, including specification development.
•Receives, responds to, investigates and resolves customer or RAC procurement-related inquiries, concerns, complaints and problems, including accounts payable, invoice discrepancies, vendor relations and level of service issues, or non-compliance with procurement policies, practices and procedures.
•Monitors vendor delivery dates, identifies past due dates and contacts vendors to develop a course of action to expedite orders; interprets and explains applicable laws, regulations, codes and policies; promptly responds to requests for emergency orders.
•Ensures that vendors meet RAC needs; establishes, develops and maintains positive vendor relationships; researches, assesses and identifies new or more responsive vendors for products and services within areas of assigned responsibility.
•Interviews vendors to evaluate products and services and to obtain information for use in developing proposals; educates vendors regarding purchasing policies and procedures; obtains accurate and complete price and delivery information, product literature and samples from suppliers.

8. Treasury Accountant
Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance or Management with ACCA or CPA with 5 years working experience.
Responsibilities:
- To raise payment vouchers and prepare cheques for payment as per approved documentation;
- Verify signing authorities prior to processing of payments.
- Track expenditure commitments and monitor implications on cash flows. Ensure accounts are maintained in credit and are not overdrawn.
- Carry out bank reconciliations on a monthly basis, and in both currencies, and ensure they are signed off as provided for in the Finance policies and procedures manual.
- Carry out monthly revaluation of cash balances denominated in foreign currencies.
- Identify entries in the bank that are not in the cash book and update them in SAGE accordingly, this includes but is not limited to loan draw-downs, bank charges, etc.
- Liaise with the Bank in case of delays in processing payments or any other challenges arising.
Support in the preparation of daily monthly, quarterly and annual reports
