Blood Donor Recorders at Rwanda Bio-Medical Center (RBC)

Job description

Record all data related to blood donors;
– Update blood donor files after each blood donation;
– Make appropriate records related to blood collection activities;
– Type and update blood donor cards;
– Select blood donor files necessary in each blood collection and during blood collection at fixed sites;
– Ensure a good customer service delivery at the RCBT;
– Prepare blood donor invitation and acknowledgment letters prior to each blood collection sessions;
– Prepare all documents related to blood donor gratification;
– Accurately enter all donor data into e-progesa system and ensure that all required documentation is carried out, ensuring the confidentiality of blood donors;
– Comply with quality requirements when performing routine activities;
– Execute any other task given by his/her supervisor;
– To report to Blood donor Mobilization and selection specialist




In collaboration with Blood donor mobilization team:

– Shares responsibility on the proper management and handling of Blood donors.
– Shares information and non-conformances related to Blood donation.
